Cancellation policy

Items on our store are currently offered as pre-orders only. This policy explains how you can cancel or change a pre-order purchase.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re securing a product that is not yet in stock and will be made or sourced specifically for your order. Full payment is collected at checkout.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. To request a cancellation, contact us at kesienaorume@gmail.com with your order number.

After 48 hours, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled, since each item is made specifically to fulfill your order. Once your item is fulfilled and delivered, our standard [Return Policy] applies for defects, damage, or wrong items.
