Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kesienaorume@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the item must be sent to the address we provide once your return is approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right — at no extra cost to you.

Sizing

Since each clothes is made/picked specifically for your size on pre-order, please double-check your measurements before ordering. We’re happy to help you pick the right size before you order — just message us on Snapchat or email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

We currently only ship within Nigeria.
