Processing time

JOKKURRENCY is a pre-order brand — each piece is made or sourced specifically for you after a drop closes. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the end of the pre-order window for your item to be produced and dispatched. We’ll keep you updated via email as your order moves through production.

Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery is handled by trusted dispatch partners (e.g. GIG Logistics).

• Abuja: faster delivery and lower shipping cost

• Other states: delivery takes a bit longer, and shipping cost is slightly higher to reflect distance

Exact shipping cost is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address — it is not included in the product price.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Since every item is made-to-order, timelines can occasionally shift due to production or logistics. If your order is running behind, we’ll reach out directly — you won’t be left wondering.
